Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) govern and apply to anyone accessing or using the website located at www.evolutionwithjev.com.

Please take some time to review this Policy for our Astro Services and Programs. By purchasing, accessing or using the Astro Services or Programs, you represent, warrant, understand and agree to accept, comply with, and be bound by this Policy.

"Evolution with Jev" reserves the right to update, change, modify or otherwise alter this Policy at any time. The date of the last revision will always be available as a part of this Policy.

  1. Cancellation and Refunds: Astro Services

  • In general, Astro Services purchased through www.evolutionwithjev.com are non refundable;

  • An exception would be if the precise time of birth is not known and it is not possible to rectify;

  • In case of a refund, the money will be refunded during 30 working days and the commission of the payment provider will be deducted;

  • Each of the Astro Services (The Big Picture, the Birthday Reset, the Coaching&Guidance) can be transferred or gifted to another person as long as both emails are provided during the time of scheduling a time slot (email of the person who placed an order and email of the person who is going to have a reading session);

  • If you are not able to attend the session, we ask that you give us at least 48 hrs notice. Feel free to reschedule the session to another suitable time;

  • Purchased Astro Services do not expire;

2. Cancellation and Refunds: Soul Growth Program

  • The Soul Growth Program purchased through www.evolutionwithjev.com is non refundable;

  • Participation in the Soul Growth Program can be transferred or gifted to another person if necessary. Information about the change of a participant should be submitted at least 1 week before the start of the Program. Change of participants is not possible if the Program is already running;

  • If you are not able to participate in the upcoming Soul Growth Program, you can reserve your seat for the next run;
